Course description

Overview:

This two-hour workshop is the jumping-off point for coaches wishing to take their esports programs to the next step through streaming, shoutcasting, and tournaments. During this session, coaches will build understanding of the purpose of shoutcasting and get ideas of who to recruit for this important role. Coaches will see a demo of how to set up a stream, and learn what permissions are necessary to stream students as well as how to set up a streaming space. Coaches will also understand how to invite spectators and viewers to matches, and review the tournament checklist – a comprehensive document that ensures no one misses a single detail!

 

This session is applicable for gaming with any title or platform.
